The Vegetarian's Last Supper; Buffet Style

I'm so glad you could join me for my marvelous feast. I chose to go out in style, and over-do it for once in my life. I know you can find something you'll like here because I love so many different kinds of food, it's practically impossible not to find something you like. Come, let me show you.

There are four courses, but please don't be afraid to have more of whatever you like. Appetizers first of course, you have a couple different options. There all dairy heavy though, I apologize for that. There's a four cheese quesadilla, warm melty cheese inside, with a slightly tangy sauce. Not very spicy, I can't do that. Mozzarella cheese sticks, with ranch dressing of course, or salsa and chips. Hopefully you like one of these but if not, don't worry because every table has warm rolls and butter!

Okay, you even have options here. You can have five cheese lasagna with green beans and chive mashed potatoes, I definitely suggest this just for the potatoes. They're not like those mashed potatoes that get kinda chunky, but perfectly mashed, where they just melt in your mouth. If you don't like lasagna then I offer a cheesy mostaccioli, with pergoies as a side. They are a Polish family tradition that I love, and I'm sure you will too. But if neither of these options seem to satisfy you, I'm also having veggie burgers from Bar Louie at Partridge Creek Mall catered as well. They are the best tasting burger you will ever taste, once you smell the warm grilling through the air I know you'll want one of these. They're amazing tator tots are a must as well.

Dessert is the whole reason for eating the meal so you get cheesecake, or pie. I love them both to much to just pick one. There's red velvet or pumpkin pie cheesecake. (Definitely recommend the red velvet. Moist cake with cream cheese frosting that excites your taste buds just with one lick.) There's cherry, raspberry-apple, and pumpkin pie. I know, somewhat repetitive, but maybe you want to try them both out and tell me what you think?

ENJOY!

  3. Wow. The details you use are great. Now I'm really hungry. :)It would be to your benefit to brush up one some grammar. They distract from the delicious foods that you are describing.
